Oh my gosh it is beautiful!

AND IT IS MINE!

I have been looking for a long time for a cabinet I liked and was big enough for my Art supply storage and I finally found it! It is not what I had envisioned in my minds eye, but when I saw it I knew that was it! It is a Ralph Lauren piece and I am just ecstatic! Now I am really wanting that basement project finished so I can load it up with all my stuff! I loved the way the glass looks like the old hand blown glass from way back. It is from a line that is Tuscan inspired and it looks like it is really old, with pegs instead of nails, but it is new. I can't wait to see it in my room! Yippee!!!! I will use the top shelves for display of my collectibles. I have been wanting a place for my Teddy Bear collection and maybe they will live in it too!

I want these ottomans also, but they were priced higher than I am willing to pay.......

I am going to have to shop around more for some like those. I don't believe the price they wanted was what I want to spend....they were over a thousand dollars each for just plain ottomans with faux leopard upholstery.... maybe I am just naive in thinking they were too expensive, but I hope not!

See that wicker end table over there at the end of the Chesterfield? Guess how much that is?

Well it was reduced..........now only one thousand and seventy dollars....

no thank you Mr. Lauren I will have to pass on that piece.

Seems a little high for a wicker basket to me... Did I tell you I am frugal?

  1. Oh KT! That cabinet is fantastic!!! I can not wait to see it home, filled with your teddy bears. Bet it looks perfect there!!

Yeah- the ottomans? And the Wicker? Dude..... nothing like paying for name recognition eh? wow. As to being frugal...lol.... I have always heard that there is a fine line between frugal and cheap. Personally, I tend to cross over to that cheap side every now and again ;)
